ABOUT THE SHARED SAVING PROGRAM
Sunflower ACO actively participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (Shared Savings Program) established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This program facilitates collaboration among providers to enhance the quality of care for Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) beneficiaries while reducing unnecessary costs. ​By promoting accountability, encouraging coordinated care, and incentivizing investment in infrastructure and care processes, the Shared Savings Program aligns with our commitment to putting patients first.
